"Wow! I cannot say enough about Tom Nutter and his son during my purchase at Hobbytime. I bought my husband a Polaris utility vehicle for Christmas. From the time I walked in and they helped me find the perfect vehicle - then delivered it to Springfield whenever I requested PLUS helped me keep my purchase a SECRET until after Christmas was awesome!! "I bought my 2011 Sportsman 850 X2 in November and both the sales staff and Finance Manger were great to work with. Very helpful and worked the deal quickly as the truck coming to Colorado was leaving the next morning and I had to get it on it or wait 2 weeks.. "It is a pleasure doing business with Hobbytime. There is a friendly atmosphere to be found, with enthusiastic and helpful staff. I recently took my Vulcan in for some minor engine work, and the service department was outstanding. They were polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in getting my bike back on the road as soon as possible. I had the bike back in a week, even with a parts order, and my problem was fixed correctly. I can't say enough good things about this dealership without it sounding like I work for them (which I don't!) so let me just say that this is a business that "gets it" and I would highly recommend them to anyone."
